| Abstract | Delivering effective and fast customer support is extremely important for any organization today. Traditional systems are often slow, require a lot of human work, and are often inaccurate, with long delays. Our project demonstrates a simple to use chatbot ticketing system. It applies Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Natural Language Processing (NLP) to automatically interpret what users need, create support tickets, and triage those tickets accordingly to the proper human agents which are always on-duty and continuously providing customers with real-time updates during the entire process so that human agents can focus on higher-value tasks. Index Terms—Chatbot, Ticketing System, Natural Language Processing, Automation, Customer Support. |
