| Abstract | This study determined the influence of the level of Information and Communications Technology (ICT) teaching skills of teachers on the proficiency level in Computer Systems Servicing (CSS) of learners and used it as a basis in crafting an intervention plan. The study concluded that the level of Information and Communications Technology teaching skills of teachers is at a highly proficient level; the Computer System Servicing proficiency of learners is at an approaching proficiency level; there was a significant difference among the ICT teaching skills of teachers, particularly between technological and pedagogical knowledge; and there was no significant difference between the proficiency levels of CSS learners in terms of learning acquisition and practical application. |
