| Abstract | This project develops and evaluates an Expert System‑Driven Enrollment Process for Eastern Mindanao College of Technology in Pagadian City, Philippines, aimed at simplifying enrollment documentation and improving communication between instructors and students. Using the Agile Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), the system integrates core administrative functions such as data entry, auto‑scheduling of courses, student records, and payment management into a centralized platform. By automating workflows and applying expert system features, it enhances efficiency, reduces errors, and ensures accurate, reliable enrollment transactions, while enabling real‑time processing and supporting institutional decision‑making. |
