| Abstract | This study, Enhancing Cultural Data Management Through Database‑Driven Tabulation of Pageants and Socio‑Cultural Competitions, addresses the inefficiencies of manual tabulation practices in Zamboanga del Sur, Philippines. Using the ISO/IEC 25010 software quality framework, the system was evaluated across functionality, reliability, usability, efficiency, maintainability, portability, and security. Results showed consistently Excellent ratings with a grand mean of 4.35, confirming the system’s accuracy, transparency, and dependability. By streamlining scoring, reducing human error, and safeguarding competition records, the database‑driven tabulation system modernizes event management while preserving cultural identity, offering a sustainable solution for socio‑cultural documentation and research. |
