| Abstract | A Ground Earth Battery is a device that generates electricity using the natural moisture and minerals present in the soil. It uses two different metal electrodes, such as carbon and zinc, buried in the ground. The soil acts as an electrolyte and helps produce a small DC voltage. The generated energy can be stored in a battery or supercapacitor and increased using a boost converter for practical use. This project is eco-friendly, low-cost, and does not require any external power source. It demonstrates a simple method of harvesting renewable energy from the earth for powering small electronic devices and educational applications. |
