| Abstract | The increasing adoption of digital technologies has transformed the way businesses interact with consumers. Websites have become one of the most important platforms for digital marketing, enabling organizations to promote products and services, communicate with customers, and conduct online transactions. In today's competitive digital environment, website user experience (UX) has emerged as a critical factor influencing customer satisfaction, trust, engagement, and purchasing decisions. A website that is easy to navigate, visually attractive, secure, and responsive across devices creates a positive impression and encourages users to revisit the platform. This research paper examines the current status of website user experience among residents of Nagpur in the context of digital marketing. The study is based on a survey questionnaire conducted among internet users residing in Nagpur. The research explores users' perceptions regarding website design, loading speed, navigation, content quality, security, and mobile responsiveness. The findings indicate that most users prefer websites that offer simple navigation, quick loading times, secure payment systems, and mobile-friendly interfaces. Poor website performance, on the other hand, reduces customer satisfaction and negatively affects online purchasing behavior. The paper concludes that organizations operating in Nagpur should continuously improve website usability and customer experience to strengthen their digital marketing strategies. Investment in user-centered website design can increase customer engagement, improve brand image, and enhance long-term business performance. |
