Abstract	Meetings are places where decisions are made and work is assigned, but the information they produce is trapped in unstructured speech. This paper presents MOMent, a modular system that utilizes a meeting recording and produces a speaker-labelled transcript, an abstractive summary highlighting the key discussion points, and a structured list of action items with an owner, deadline, and priority when specified
