| Abstract | The development of controlled drug delivery systems for anti-USAG-1 (uterine sensitization-associated gene-1) neutralizing antibodies has opened new avenues in targeted therapeutic interventions. This approach is particularly impactful in dental applications, where localized delivery to specific teeth can enhance treatment outcomes while minimizing systemic side effects. This review explores the mechanisms of action of anti-USAG-1 antibodies, advancements in controlled drug delivery systems, and their application in tooth-specific therapies. Challenges and future directions in optimizing these formulations are also discussed. |
