It analyzes the evolving tactics of cybercriminals, the challenges in detection and prosecution, and the legal frameworks designed to combat these offenses. The article also highlights the socio-economic repercussions of cybercrime, emphasizing the need for enhanced cybersecurity awareness and preventive measures. Finally, it explores potential future trends in cybercrime and proposes strategies for strengthening cybersecurity resilience in an increasingly interconnected world. |
