Abstract | This study examines the correlation between self-efficacy and introversion in working professionals in the context of two distinct leadership styles: authoritative and democratic. Quantitative methods of correlation and t-test were used on a sample of 81 professionals. Results yielded a strong negative correlation between self-efficacy and introversion in both leadership styles. However, no significant differences were found between the means on levels of self-efficacy or introversion. The study calls for more inclusive models of leadership that support and promote varying personality types, particularly introverts, toward developing professional self-confidence and effectiveness. |
