Abstract	We introduced an automated system for fines, book lending, and digital certificate generation to improve library and event management. Features like real-time book tracking, OTP-based authentication, and automated certification enhance accuracy, security, and efficiency. This all-in-one solution ensures seamless operations, reduces workload, and serves the college community effectively.
