Abstract In the globalized era of supply chain operations, integrating Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems with third-party logistics (3PL) forwarding agents has become pivotal for efficient cross-border shipping, compliance, and cost control. This paper explores the development of an integration strategy using MuleSoft as a middleware platform to bridge ERP systems with external logistics forwarders for exporting goods, specifically Windows operating systems, to various countries. By automating real-time data exchange related to shipment status, customs documentation, tax calculations, and tariff management, the integration aims to streamline the entire logistics lifecycle. The study outlines technical and governance frameworks used in the integration, evaluates challenges faced during deployment, and quantifies the operational improvements realized post-implementation. The findings emphasize that MuleSoft-enabled ERP-3PL integration enhances regulatory compliance, reduces lead times, and improves supply chain transparency.
