Abstract	MedScore Assist is an AI-powered health score prediction system that assesses risks for obesity, hypertension, and cardiovascular disease by combining clinical lab values (like LDL, HDL, and triglycerides) with lifestyle factors (like smoking and alcohol consumption). It was created using XGBoost and Streamlit and provides users with personalized health scores, actionable feedback, and comprehensive reports to aid in patient diagnosis. By analyzing health reports and offering tailored advice on diet, exercise, medications, and lifestyle, an integrated chatbot driven by OpenAI makes health management more proactive and approachable. A secure Firebase login ensures the privacy of user data.
