Abstract TraceIt is a mobile application designed to streamline the process of recovering lost and found items. The app allows users to report lost or found objects by uploading images and descriptions, making it easier for owners and finders to connect. It features a secure login/sign-up system, a real-time database, and a messaging feature that facilitates direct communication between users. Built using Flutter for cross-platform development and Firebase for backend services including authentication, database, and storage, TraceIt provides a reliable, fast, and user-friendly solution to everyday lost and found challenges.
