Abstract This study investigated the influence of the personality trait Neuroticism affects Agreeableness, anxiety, attention and intrinsic motivation of undergraduate students. Participants completed personality assessments (Big Five), anxiety measures (State and Trait), and were assessed on attention and intrinsic motivation using Digit Span Test and Intrinsic Motivation Inventory (IMI), respectively.
