A Study On Customer Satisfaction On Sales

Abstract Customer satisfaction is important for business success, especially in sales.This study looks at the main factors that affect customer satisfaction.These factors include Product Quality, Pricing, customer Service, Delivery, and Post-sale support.Customer feedback, sales data, and Service records were analyzed.The goal was to find gaps between customer expectations and real experiences.The study focused on customer satisfaction with sales in the company.A descriptive research method was used.Questionnaires were given to 150 customers.Customers were chosen through random sampling.Each customer's opinion was collected and analyzed.
