Abstract | This research is centered on optimizing the brewing process to make it efficient, yield high-quality beer, and reduce production costs. It thoroughly looks into conventional brewing and intermingles it with recent advances such as Artificial Neural Networks (ANN) to optimize key parameters such as temperature, pH, fermentation duration, and the amount of water, energy, and raw materials consumed. The study included both laboratory experiments and computer simulations to gather and analyze data from various phases of brewing, the malting, mashing, fermentation, filtration, and packaging. |
