Abstract | Robotics is playing a growing role in healthcare by improving how medical services are delivered. These technologies help make care more accurate, efficient, and available in areas such as surgery, diagnosis, rehabilitation, and support for the elderly. This paper explores the current state of robotic applications in healthcare and examines emerging trends such as artificial intelligence integration, tele-robotic surgery, and assistive technologies for aging populations. While these advancements promise to address critical challenges in modern healthcare—such as workforce shortages and increasing demand for personalized care—they also raise important ethical, regulatory, and economic concerns. Through a comprehensive review of contemporary research and case studies, this study provides insights into the transformative potential of robotics in healthcare and outlines key considerations for its sustainable and equitable implementation in the near future. |
