Abstract | This paper proposes a low-cost, contactless Facial Attendance Recognition System using Raspberry Pi and real-time facial recognition. It replaces traditional attendance methods with a secure, efficient solution using OpenCV, Dlib, and Face Recognition. A Pi Camera captures faces, logs are stored in MySQL, and a Flask/Django dashboard enables easy management. The system is scalable and ideal for institutions, offices, and secure environments. |
