Abstract In the evolving landscape of digital recruitment, there is a growing demand for job portals that are not only user-friendly but also robust, secure, and scalable. This research presents the design and development of a full-stack Online Job Portal utilizing Django for backend logic, React for dynamic frontend interaction, and PostgreSQL for reliable data management. The platform is structured to support three primary user roles—Job Seekers, Recruiters, and Administrators—each with tailored functionalities such as job posting, resume submission, advanced search, and administrative moderation. Emphasizing modular architecture and role-based access control, the system addresses common shortcomings in existing portals, including poor user experience, lack of personalization, and inefficient data handling. The resulting solution demonstrates how modern web technologies can be leveraged to create a comprehensive employment platform that streamlines the hiring process for all stakeholders.
