Abstract | This systematic review and meta-analysis examine the relationship between recruitment processes and company productivity. By analyzing studies published between 2012 and 2024, we aim to identify key recruitment strategies that significantly influence organizational performance. Our findings suggest that effective recruitment and selection practices are positively correlated with enhanced company productivity. The meta-analysis includes data from over 100 empirical studies, highlighting the statistical significance of various recruitment methods on organizational efficiency, employee retention, and overall business performance. Our analysis emphasizes that organizations implementing strategic recruitment models see a productivity increase of up to 25% compared to those with less structured hiring processes. |
