Abstract Supernumerary breasts are defined as persistent mammary glandular tissue along the lactation line, which extends from the armpit to the groin fold [1]. The diagnosis of this condition is often challenging due to the absence of nipple protrusion, which can lead to its misidentification as a lipoma or axillary lymphadenopathy.
We present a case study of an 87-year-old female patient diagnosed with triple-negative invasive ductal carcinoma of the right breast, accompanied by supernumerary breast cancer.
