Abstract This research investigated the correlation between support for the organization, teachers' self-efficacy, and pedagogical competence among 217 public secondary science teachers in the Schools Division of Antique for the school year 2024–2025. Employing a quantitative correlational research design, the data were gathered using standardized questionnaires that quantify the three variables. Outcomes revealed that teachers perceived strong organizational support, reported high self-efficacy and pedagogical competence, especially in lesson planning and classroom management. Correlational analyses identified strong positive correlations between organizational support and pedagogical competence, as well as between self-efficacy and pedagogical competence. Additionally, multiple regression analysis confirmed that both organizational support and self-efficacy were strong predictors of pedagogical competence, explaining 48% of its variance. Pedagogical competence differences were also found in relation to teaching experience and education levels, with the most experienced and educated teachers showing the highest levels of competence. These results highlight the essential contributions of institutional support as well as teacher confidence in the quality of science education. Suggestions are to enhance organizational support systems and institute programs to increase teachers' self-efficacy through mentoring opportunities as well as professional development. This research adds to the research base that highlights the significant role that supportive workplaces play, as well as the empowerment of teachers, in facilitating effective pedagogical practices.
