Abstract | Digital libraries play a vital role in promoting Open Educational Resources (OER) and democratizing access to education. This study examines how Nandha College of Technology (NCT) integrates OER platforms such as NDLI, SWAYAM, and NPTEL into library services. Surveys and interviews with students and faculty reveal that while awareness of OER is improving, gaps remain in training, accessibility, and adoption. The paper suggests strategies like workshops, faculty development programs, and technology partnerships to enhance OER engagement. Findings highlight that digital libraries are not only repositories but active facilitators of educational transformation, supporting the goals of the National Education Policy (NEP 2020). |
