| Abstract | This study aimed to determine the impact of physical activities at home amidst the COVID-19 pandemic basis for the holistic development of BPEd students. The respondents were the BPEd students 60 selected first-year students from the Department of Physical Education, PRMSU-Iba, Zambales. The survey questionnaire method was used in data gathering composed of 2 parts: (1) the profile of the respondents, and (2) the impact of physical activities at home amidst the COVID-19 pandemic. |
