Synthesization of Gadolinium Doped Nano Magnesium Samarium Ferrite For Inorganic Gas Sensor Studies

Abstract The magnetic properties of Mg-ferrite ceramics MgSmxGdyFe2-x-yO4, (where x = 0.012, 0.013, 0.014, 0.015 & y = 0.001) were synthesized by sol gel auto combustion method. The structure and composition Gd doped Mg-ferrite ceramics was analyzed and the nano size was confirmed by SEM monographs. The VSM studies confirm the magnetic behavior and used to understand the electromagnetic properties of these nano materials.
