Abstract This study examined the levels of organizational support, teachers’ instructional strategies, and teaching efficiency in the Schools Division of Antique during the year 2025. Employing a descriptive-correlational research design, the study involved 346 teachers actively engaged in classroom instruction who were selected through total enumeration. Data were gathered using a validated, researcher-developed questionnaire composed of three sections focusing on organizational support, instructional strategies, and teacher efficiency. Findings revealed that teachers perceived a high level of organizational support, with administrative assistance and availability of resources emerging as the most prominent forms of support. Teachers’ instructional strategies were likewise rated high, particularly in lesson planning, classroom management, and the use of active learning approaches. Similarly, teacher efficiency was rated high, with strengths observed in achieving learning outcomes and optimizing instructional resources. Correlation analysis indicated significant positive relationships between organizational support and instructional strategies, organizational support and teacher efficiency, and instructional strategies and efficiency. These findings suggest that strong institutional support enables teachers to implement effective instructional strategies, which in turn enhances teaching efficiency. The study recommends strengthening support systems, professional development initiatives, and policy interventions to sustain teacher performance and improve learner outcomes.
