Abstract Abstract: This paper investigates the existence and uniqueness of solutions for a class of second-order random differential equations using fixed point theory. A transformation into an equivalent random integral equation is provided, followed by operator construction. A concrete example demonstrates the main result. This study contributes to the growing field of random differential equations by offering a rigorous and generalizable framework applicable in various stochastic modelling contexts
